“House Calls for Horses”Freely Equine, LLCKristin Schuett |
I provide a variety of services aimed at improving the partnership and enjoyment between you and your horse. I travel to where your horse lives so I can work in surroundings that are most familiar to you and your horse. My overall goal is to help you enable your horse to live and work as closely as possible to its natural physical and mental state—to be more freely equine.
Please see below for more details on each of my services. Click each link for more information.
Teamwork TrainingI use the term “teamwork training” to refer to any combination of horse training and riding instruction that helps you and your horse learn both individual skills and skills developed in partnership. These sessions can take place at your home or barn, or I also have access to the indoor and outdoor arenas at Stonegate Farms in Fort Collins and Gilnocky Equestrian Center in Berthoud.

Trail Riding LessonsWhen the weather is nice, I lead small groups on local trails to practice safe and fun ways to enjoy riding out in nature. These lessons last up to two hours and focus on trail safety and etiquette, handling your horse out in the open, and de-spooking your horse around unfamiliar objects. Level of challenge depends on horse and rider abilities.

Personal ShoppingNeed some input on a horse, a trailer, or some tack you’re considering buying? I can shop with you or for you to evaluate horses or anything else you need for your horse. I can also help you sell your horse. I do not accept commissions on any items and only charge for my time. |
