Scheduling

To schedule a session, call 970-443-2758 or e-mail kristin@freelyequine.com.
I turn my phone off at night, so you may call at any hour and leave a message. If you schedule via e-mail, I check my messages at least twice a day. Regardless how you contact me, a session time is not confirmed until you hear back from me.

Note: The legal custodian of the horse must be present at the first session to sign release forms. This applies to all services. Release forms are required for me to retain my liability insurance.

Cancellation Policy

If you must cancel a session, you will not be charged if you notify me before 8:00 p.m. the day before your session. Otherwise, you will be charged the full amount for your session. However, if the horse or rider becomes ill or injured the day of the appointment, I will gladly reschedule at no charge to you. Last-minute weather changes that make driving or riding unsafe are also acceptable circumstances for canceling an appointment without penalty. In those cases, rescheduling for a better day is always welcome.
